The Clemson Montessori lead teachers are Montessori trained and certified through NCME (now AMS) training programs out of Atlanta, San Diego and MTTI of Clemson, South Carolina.  Our lead teachers have 10 to 20 plus years of experience in the Montessori classrooms and have very diverse backgrounds.  The educational diversity of these teachers in areas such as science, language, theater arts, math, history, and Orton-Gillingham help to strengthen and enrich the classroom environment.

Our teachers share their expertise by conducting workshops at statel and national Montessori conferences and through parent education workshops at Clemson Montessori School.  We have been involved with developing new curriculum and teaching methods in elementary math and science through the state of South Carolina Initiative Program at the AOP Hub at Clemson University.  Some of our teachers are also instructors for MTTI (Montessori Teacher Training Institute).
